Changes of Jeans

 Jean is always one of the top items in the fashion ranking. Jean is the irreplaceable clothes in the closet, no matter of what is the weather in a year. After few decades, it is still a popular option for people all around the world. From the very beginning of the history of the jeans, it was the apparel like uniform for the gold miners during the Gold Rush period. It was designed to be tough apparel for work. Then, some factories produced them with a canvas called Genoese. Later, they named the trousers Genoese directly. After years, it was called Jeans.

In the middle of the 30’s, the jeans had become a common daily dressing in the mid-west America. During the World War, it was the official army uniform. After the war, the stock jeans were sent to the clothes store for sale. It has become a trend of fashion. With the impact of the Hollywood, the jeans were getting popular in the whole world. Female super stars were the models for many fans, which led to a result that the women jeans were extremely hot in the market.

In the 50’s, the leading roles in movie wearing the light blue denim. The fit-cut shirt and with a jean is full of the sense of comfort and relaxing.

In the 60s’ and 70’s, the members in the nobles of Europe started to wear jeans as well. Dressing a quality, well-designed jean with a brand leather handbag, it was the fashion. Besides, hippies and rockers were also the jeans fans as well. People in different classes loved this apparel. It is definitely a marvelous story in the apparel history. It was totally the main theme in the leisure clothing. The band, the Beatles, pushed the jeans to the top of the history. The bell bottom style was the fashion at the time. After all these years, the bell bottom style jeans are still popular among women.

Later in the 80’s, the jeans were developed with the color. There was more than the original denim blue one. There were various kinds of technique to deal with the fabric to make them variety. Embroidered jean was created to attract more attentions. New style jean with a pair of sexy high heel shoes was an impact to the fashion.

In the 90’s, the light-weighted fabric was preferred. Dressing with a stylish belt was a way to show characteristics. A simple shirt with big button was a nice match to this kind of jeans.  

As time went by, jean is always the popular one in the industry.
